I am a visual artist who adds extra helpings of narrative to my paintings, sculptures and performances. Between 2009 and 2015, my artwork was represented by Western Project in Los Angeles. Since that time, I relocated to Joshua Tree, California. Recently, I have curated time-sensitive exhibitions in Los Angeles, continue to paint, write and tattoo in Joshua Tree, while also maintaining art-preparatory clientele extending into Palm Springs and Las Vegas. I earned an MFA from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2009, working closely with James Pink to further develop my writing; 10 years after obtaining a BFA with Honors from The Corcoran School of Visual Art in Washington DC in 1999. Prior to this, I engaged in an independent study in Journalism with Nicholas McBride (The Christian Science Monitor) at UMass Amherst, and took Creative Writing classes at The University of Nebraska, Lincoln as well as Psychology at Southeast Community College, Lincoln.
